Ares, the God of War, one of our Premium Hand Fans. Son of Zeus. He represented bravery, force and virility. Ares was the protector of the Olympus and the armies, a dangerous force insatiable in battle.

The fabric is mainly red, color for danger, joy, blood, life, fire and war. Definitely Ares represented all of them. The pattern is just blue to make it more sober and elegant. The icons inside the pattern are helmets, shields, swords, torches and rams (origin of the Aries zodiac sign), all related to Ares. The leather color is black, that together with the red fabric, means danger and prohibition. In the modern scope we can find this meaning at traffic lights.
